Mens_Martial_Arts_Brown’s ATA Leadership Martial Arts classes utilize a top level team of Instructors, under the supervision and guidance of Martial Arts Instructor, Master Brown. They have designed, incorporated and tested a high level martial arts training system utilized in class so that one can truly master the fine art of martial arts, taekwondo, karate and krav maga for men.

In an adult class for men, the student will learn real life practical applications, as well as a system to de-stress one’s self from the daily challenges within life. The classes are designed to be more than just kicking and punching at BALMA. Allowing you to gain the self confidence, lose weight, tone and strengthen both body and mind so that that you can feel comfortable with confrontation in any situation within life. Whether it is Martial Arts, Taekwondo, Karate, or Fitness at Brown’s ATA Leadership Martial Arts, students will enhance the body’s functions such as flexibility, core strength and endurance. Self- defense is taught in a safe and enjoyable environment while emphasizing on the values and practical application of martial art skills sets that could one day save a life. Students learn to dedicate themselves to perfecting the art of martial arts with a strong curriculum based program that challenging for the beginner to the most advanced Martial Art student. Creating a personal “Victory” in Brown’s ATA Leadership Martial Arts for each student as an individual is our goal.
