Kick the New Year in Right!

Happy New Year everyone! As you probably have heard, we will not be having class on December 31, New Year’s Eve. However,we will be having an additional class open to all Leadership students and Instructors on New Years Day (Thursday) at 12:00 at our Sycamore Dairy location. We will be focusing on sparring and combat weapons! We would love to have you there. Please bring in all your sparring gear and your combat weapon. The uniform for the class will be our informal uniforms. Let’s focus on fitness and self defense for an outstanding year!
