Women’s Self Defense-Mother’s Day

We will be celebrating Mother’s Day this weekend.  One way that we are going to recognize and appreciate our mothers is to invite them and their teenage girls to a free women’s self Defense clinic.  I often do these clinics as a community service but this clinic is hitting a little closer to home.  (more…)
